The BIR Form 2316 is re-issued as corrections were made in the Overtime and NSD pays of employees due to duplication of entries captured in the HRIS and the manually encoded DVs paid by TransCo after January 15, 2009. Due to this, there were significant changes in the Gross Income and Amount of Taxes Withheld. For those tagged as Returned, Tax Refund can be claimed from TransCo.
