Circular No. 2010-0004 contains procedures and implementing guidelines on the grant of the CY 2008 PIS.  For employees who were already separated from the service as of April 30, 2010, please refer to Circular No. 2010-0006 for the mode of payment.   Disbursement Vouchers are now being prepared by HR and shall be subject to the usual Pre-Audit requirements.
